Hotel is old

Staff are great, Lukas was very welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel is tired and old. The sauna wasn't on when we visited. The carpet in the room wasn't nice. We checked out 3 days early. The hotel were kind enough to allow us to leave without charge.

We picked this hotel as a stop off on the way to our skiing holiday. We wanted somewhere quiet with good parking, the hotel fulfilled both of these requirements. The hotel staff was very helpful, with check in and out being quick and hassle free. The room was nice, with a second bedroom for the children. Only two small things spoilt the room, the ash tray on the balcony had not been emptied and a light switch was hanging off the wall. As we were only stopping for one night, these wasn’t issues for us. We were unable to get an evening meal, within walking distance of the hotel, so ended up ordering pizzas via a German just eat type app. The receptionist helped us download the app. Overall we would book again.

The hotel did not have a bar, and there wasn’t even a vending machine for coffee or tea available when the restaurant was closed, which I consider a drawback.

positief: -de omgeving is helemaal top als je van natuur houd. -parkeer optie is goed. negatief: -het bed was te laag. -roomservice was niet top. -badkamer muur was niet helemaal schoon. -de kamer was bloedheet totaal geen airco of ventilatie systeem,we waren genoodzaakt om met het raam open te slapen. -de mini bar was gewoon lege kast,geen koelkast aanwezig. -het zwembad was niet toegankelijk,blijkbaar enkele dagen voor aankomst zou de pomp stuk gegaan zijn,wat ik heel vervelend vond want dat is de reden dat ik dit hotel geboekt had.het enige wat we kregen te horen was sorry,maar geen enkele vorm van een compensatie. -ontbijt keuze is erg karig.
