I reserved this hotel because the room I found had a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. I was looking forward to that and I bought the bottle of wine I would drink on that terrace while reading and writing on my first night. I was given a different room with no terrace, barely a place to sit and a window to the loud road outside. They were full (even though I checked in very early) so they wouldn’t honor my booking, and refused a discount because in their view all the rooms were “the same category”. The hotel is very pretty, but it’s inconveniently located on a busy road with no sidewalks, and after sunset it closes down. At 8pm I was left outside under heavy rain trying to find my way in, finally found an inconspicuous door bell. After a while someone just yells from behind the wall “who is it?” and I’m trying to give a yelling explanation under the rain with loud cars going by next to me. One of a few weird interactions there. I was looking forward to a relaxing haven, but next time I’d rather stay in a more affordable hotel closer to town.

Aceptable en general, le faltaba limpieza a la alberca, llovió una noche anterior pero por la mañana a la hora de inicio de servicio no se había atendido, y bueno en la habitación un aire acondicionado hubiera estado excelente, de ahí en fuera bien, todo sencillo pero bien, al igual el servicio del personal podría definirlo como aceptable, todo cumple su función.

La estancia en general fue agradable y pudimos disfrutar la alberca y jardin. El personal de la terraza super eficiente, deliciosa coctelería y alimentos. Aunqur el hotel es lindo y las habitaciones estan limpias tiene puntos a mejorar como techos, esquinas donde se acumula polvo o humedad.
