The property is located two blocks from Plaza Allende. We stayed in the room called Armadillo. It was located in the second floor. The room was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in the third floor and it had a great view of the area and of the cathedral.

The place is very clean, service is excellent, Delicious gourmet breakfast, fabulous view of the parish, close to the main plazas and parish. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You don’t have to worry about parking.

Overall it was good great location everything you would want to be close to in walking distance was there. I loved the coziness of the room it was small but it was just me staying in the room. has a cool rooftop view of the area . I only had one small complaint after my first shower i ran out of hot water. I only stayed two night but i mentioned it on my last day so dont know if they just run out or its something they can easily fix on the spot. But i would go back to this hotel.

Nos encantó el lugar, las instalaciones están súper bonitas y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención; el personal fue sumamente amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estadía. El único detalle fue que al momento del check-out hubo una pequeña demora con la entrega del coche, pero el hotel se portó genial y nos permitió esperar cómodamente en la habitación. A pesar de ese pequeño retraso, la experiencia fue excelente y sin duda regresaríamos.

La habitación es muy confortable y la cama súper cómoda para un buen descanso. El desayuno muy rico y completo. El personal muy amable y atento. El lugar en general es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero como en muchos lugares de San Miguel la accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad es poca.
