La propiedad tiene una buena presentación y está bien equipada con lo necesario, inclusive se observa el mobiliario de buena calidad.
Lo que si fué una pésima experiencia fué la ducha ya que al parecer el calentador de paso no está bien regulado o no tiene la capacidad para suministrar suficiente agua caliente durante el baño. Sale un flujo de agua superhirviendo en un minuto y se agota de inmediato para continuar con un flujo de agua helada por el resto del tiempo. Hay que cerrar totalmente la llave y esperar unos minutos para que vuelva a fluir caliente pero de inmediato al tratar de regular el flujo a tibio vuelve a desaparecer la caliente y solo fluye el agua helada. Pésimo el servicio de la regadera. Sería interesante que los propietarios y los administradores de ésta unidad intentaran tomar un baño para que vivieran en carne propia esta experiencia y les importara corregir la situación tan desagradable. De qué sirve el lujo si no tiene la funcionalidad correcta.
Por otro lado desde muy temprano se escuchan los muchos ladridos de perros que habitan los departamentos y los golpes con herramienta por los trabajos de mantenimiento o remodelación del departamento contigüo.
Muy mala experiencia en esta propiedad para no volver a repetir.
