Disliked: Room comfort, communication

I wouldn't stay again!

Simply to make a long horrible story short. #1. Lack of communication. #2. No toiletries or cleaning supplies. #3. No property maintenance. #4. Missing amenities that were listed. #5. Even more issues not named. Sadly, they have multiple rental properties in Dubai and here on Hotels.com. I had to call Hotels.com justs to get responses back from the Marco Polo management and even that didn't get anyone until 3 days before I checked out of a 28 day stay! If it wasn't for Khalid at the last-minute coming to the apartment condo and apologizing personality. This review would be even worse!! The ONLY thing that kept me trying to work with them throughout my stay was the location and the Marina Bay views.

Minha estadia foi prejudicada pela dificicil comunicação com proprietarios, check-up sem negociacao, nem mesmo pra deixar malas. Esse apoio e muito importante para o turista. Nao consegui utilizar o secador cabelo e internet (algum problema no quadro de energia /fase da energia).
