Inhabitable attic. Don’t go!

“Apartment” is an attic. Lift only gets to the 5th floor, then a narrow, dodgy staircase takes you up to a door so rundown I thought it was the lift maintenance cabin. The apartment entrance is maybe 1m 60 tall, I have to duck to enter. Also being an attic there were 50degrees. No way this is a legal apartment to rent, police should check this.
