Beautiful property, stunning. Loved our welcome showered with petals. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special. The food was excellent, the spa treatments absolutely amazing. This is quite possibly the finest hotel service experience I have ever encountered. Yes, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are excellent, the place is spotless. But it was the people, the staff of this hotel, who left the biggest impression. To a person, they were kind, helpful, welcoming, and profoundly concerned with meeting my needs and being of assistance. Here’s an example: my travel companion was ill and needed more cough medicine. When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication. I especially enjoyed the afternoon high tea, usually held in the courtyard, which included music, sometimes dancing for entertainment, and occasionally a local artisan demonstrating their skill. I have a beautiful lac bangle bracelet as a souvenir. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. SIX STARS!

Excellent property and excellent service! Super luxurious and amazing breakfast service. The pool is nice but you can hear the noise of the streets. Definitely will book again on my next stay in Jaipur when I go to work. The location is very convenient in Mansarovar and near the airport.
