Things are standard at RWE. This is a typical local hotel. There are some renoviations ongoing. But over all, it was ok. INTERNET is uch faster than before.

It was very noisy due to the hotel's renovation work. The staff knocked on my door 9:30 for the room cleaning. I suggest that you hang the "do not disturb" sign on the knob every night.

インヤー湖の近くで、レーダンセンターやジャンクションスクエアも近いです。 ホテルの近くには、コンビニもあって、便利です。 ホテルは、とても古いですが、わりと綺麗にしているので、あまり気にならないなら、 料金もリーズナブルなので、良いと思います！！ 窓の無い部屋もあるので、注意！

It was convenient for me to go to busy suburb called Heldan by walking in 15 mins. They are building a new building in front of the old one and when it finishes, it will be a better hotel. It was ok for me because I was not looking for 5 stars hotel anyway and all I needed was a place to crash in comfortable bed in a cool room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and presentable with good breakfast. Downstairs the entrance was a bit messy due to the construction of a new hotel building.

デラックスなら５０㎡とかなり広い。

デラックスなら部屋は広く、テーブルや椅子も使い勝手がよかった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、親切。 入口一体が工事中で、初めて見たときは廃墟になったのかと不安に思ったが、 ちゃんと工事現場を抜けて入っていくと、普通のホテルのフロントがある。中は普通のホテル。 日中は工事中だが、部屋に戻れば音は全く気にならなかった。 インヤ湖・ヤンゴン大学すぐ近くの立地。ダウンタウンからは距離があるが、自分の場合はタクシーで4,000～5,000チャットだった。

If there is anything wrong, just let the staff know and they will fix it for you. We like the location, close to relatives and close to new stores. The hotel is currently being renovated. But, the rooms are clean.

The hotel is building new section in front of its original building, which was a garden as show on website picture. It was made us cannot find and hotel and thought the hotel is closed. However, it still open and the tight entrance is at a side of hotel.
