I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again within a week! It was quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for groceries there is a Trader Joe’s near right across the street. But I would not recommend going to the deli that’s around the corner because they will schem your lightning, lightning lightning lightning

The accommodations were well-maintained, and the hotel's location is highly desirable, directly opposite the train station and surrounded by numerous dining establishments. The sole area for improvement identified was the check-in process, which proved to be quite cumbersome.

Problems may occur when you booked a hotel without a front desk: 1) basically no in-time reply; 2) when you call the online agent, it will take them quite long to get back to you and sometimes he doesn’t even solve your problem. We arrived before check-in time but we couldn’t use the lockers to store our luggage, while the online agent kept asking us to continue trying and didn’t offer any help😅😅 wasted us almost one hour…. Overall the room is clean, with many kitchen stuff. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and paste because they didn’t provide. Transportation is very convenient, closed to E/G/F and 7 metro lines. But it also means you can hear sound of line 7 in your room. Think twice if you are a light sleeper. Safe neighborhood.

The check-in process was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. The listing stated that check-in details would be sent by email 72 hours before arrival, but I never received anything. There was no front desk and no clear way to contact the property directly, so I had to reach out to Expedia for help. Expedia could only confirm my booking and couldn’t provide access details. After being on hold with customer service for over 25 minutes, I was finally able to get through to the property, and I didn’t receive my check-in information until about two hours before check-in, which was extremely inconvenient. That said, once I was finally inside, the room itself was great and honestly felt like a tiny apartment. The maintenance staff runs a tight ship and keeps everything super clean and well organized, which I really appreciated.

You get what you pay for. The check-in process was frustrating. No information was sent prior to arrival, and I only received instructions about 20 minutes before check-in time after calling twice to ask for them. Each time I came to the property, I saw other guests in the lobby dealing with the same issue. There’s also no staff present in the lobby to assist in person, which made things even more difficult. The room had several problems as well. The TV remote had no batteries. I called three times and was told it would be fixed, but after three days, nothing was done, so I ended up buying them myself. There was also a dirty towel in the room, and despite calling twice for a replacement, it was never addressed. I eventually had to go out and buy one. There was also a noticeable weed smell in the hallways, which made the environment less pleasant. On the positive side, the studio itself was okay and had all the basic amenities.

We had a great stay at this beautiful location. It surpassed our expectations - It was clean, a 2 minute walk to a great diner and the subway that had us in Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. It was also very close to a lot of stores and the view was top notch. There is also a rooftop bar an elevator ride away. The problem was that if you went up there and it was closed you could only get to the bottom floor next door and you could be locked in. FDNY was there one night getting someone out of an elevator shaft and they were about to break the door to open it because they were locked in. Check-in was not good. The code they gave me didn’t work and there were other guests who had the same issue. I had to call for a new code which took quite a bit of time, and then they put me in a one bedroom when I had reserved a two bedroom. The code that ended up working stopped working the next day and if it hadn’t have been for my kids still being in the room I would’ve been locked out of the building and room entirely. Fortunately when I got to the right room I requested the number for the property manager and he was able to assist with the new code, which switched again later that evening. If they can get the code issue figured out and get the right people into the right rooms this would be the perfect stay. We plan to stay there again when we come to NyC next and I hope they have all the code issues figured out by then.

Largest room I’ve ever had in New York - full size refrigerator, space to work out in the room, a good table to work at. Super easy commute into midtown via the 7 and E. Check-in - once you access the code - is fine and there’s cleaning every day. Beware that the nightly thumping from the club next door can be heard despite the ear plugs they provide.

Overall, this location was good. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a club/bar on the main floor, and you could hear the thumping of the bass throughout the night, even though the room was on the 9th floor. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Convenient location, very close to subway lines that take you to Manhattan in just a few minutes. Clean property with everything you need. A supermarket and diner are just a few steps away, with other restaurants nearby. The only downside: the nearby subway can be noisy — if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs
