The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The location was amazing, really close to the international drive, so you could be at the orlando premium outlet and universal studios in less than 10 minutes. Disney was a littlet bit far, but in less than 30 minutes (depending on the traffic).

The pool area was nice, but the lounge chairs need cushions and they don't offer towels for the pool. Room was very dated and needs upgrades. The A/C could also be upgraded as it was humid in the room.

Location was good, but... The smell of humidity was awful. A lot of things broken. The safe did'nt have a key, so cant use it. Service is ordinary. Interior pool is not clean at all. Our son developped 2 ear infections. Not easy to have information or help. I would not choose this hôtel again.

We have stayed here a few times over the years. This time around the room we had was so outdated, beds caved in the middle, carpet was super dingy. I remember they had a restaurant and bar area near the pool and it now it like a deserted area. I will not book here again.

Price was right and location was great but there were a few issues. - Carpet was sticky - pillows were terribly uncomfortable - the showers water pressure was so high that it would blow the curtain around and get on floor. Place was ok, mostly dated. Next time I will probably pay a bit more to stay somewhere nicer.

It needs some updating in the rooms and especially the bathroom..which was tiny and had no counter space! Decent place tho and one young lady staff member with braids was very helpful!
