88th Avenue is an absolutely lovely place to stay. I stayed for 2 weeks and i will be back. Very clean and staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms are top notch with amazing little touches. Felt like luxury every day. I really do recommend this place to everyone. Close by shops and near everything you could want. I will miss the place. Thankyou to all at the 88th Avenue for a lovely stay

We thought this hotel was okay when we arrived. However, on the first night when we were ready for bed, we opened the bed sheets and it was dirty inside with other peoples hair and stains. We called the reception to change the sheets which they did. They asked me 4 times if we had used the bed yet which I replied every time we had not used the bed yet. The real problem was however, they tried to charge us extra money to change the sheets. When I objected, the staff started saying that I was the problem and they charged us to change the sheets because we should’ve asked as soon as we entered the room at 2pm. The outside of the bed was clean so we didn’t think under the sheets would be dirty. Some of the staff were very rude as well when discussing the situation in Bisaya. They did not realize that I speak Bisaya too and quickly left when I started speaking to them, leaving the poor receptionist to handle the situation alone. I will not be coming back here and will advise my friends and family not to visit this hotel.

Quite a decent place;would go back

The 2 room suite was nice and very practical for our family of 3. The cleanliness was good for this class of hotel and excellent considering the neighborhood. It is located in a modern courtyard with little shops and 3-4 decent restaurants.

Excellent accommodation, service and restaurants. Got a haircut, teeth clean, and a hangover in one place, live concert (Sinolog), lol. IP Park is nearby. Two malls 5 min away. Great staffs. Must come back again.

The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days during our trip and it felt like home. We are planning another trip to Cebu and Manila and I plan on staying here again for another 30 days.

Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working.

Probably one of the better stays just outside the periphery of IT PARK (which is just a quick 7 minute walk to the mall). I stayed for 6 days in one of the lower tier suites (after looking at the other ones) and suffice it to say these mini studio apartments served me well for my stay. The hidden amenity is that this Condo is part of a small entertainment enclave. The front courtyard houses several mid-fine dining restaurants along with a world class Napoli Pizza Joint, Coffee spot, Korean Grocery Store and an outdoor bar area complete with live music on some nights. It doesn’t get rowdy but there is sufficient entertainment if you can’t bring yourself to Mango Street again. The staff are quick to smile and at your service. The street is one of the main arteries in the city and you can have your pick of ankas, taxi, bus or grab as your mode of travel right at your door. A little bit of a longer walk to the other bigger AYALA mall though. Hop on a motorcycle taxi to get there, otherwise you’ll be stuck in traffic.

I’ve been to Cebu City 5 times and by far the best place I have stayed. The complex the hotel is in was awesome restaurants,bars and a night club just feet from your room. The place is very clean and quiet and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. If your going to Cebu stay at 88 Avenue you will save time and headaches just by not traveling all over the city when you have everything you need right there.

Very clean rooms in a great location. The staff and house keeping were great. Walking distance to the malls or a short taxi ride. A handful of good restaurants close to the hotel with different price points ago. Also close to the market if you want to stock up and cook a few meals in the room. It was pretty easy to catch a taxi or grab drive from here. We stayed for seven nights and would definitely stay here again if in Cebu city.

This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice
