This is a remodeled roadside motel on a busy road. Room was very small and dark with only a small window. No amenities like a gym or pool. The lobby area and outdoor seating is very nice, but with a lot of highway noise. I would give higher rating if it wasn’t over $600/night, for which I expect more.

Don't be fooled; this is an old school motor lodge (motel) with some modern finishes. They tacked an atrium on the end as a bar/lounge and that's it. One person runs the show from check-in to bar tending. Breakfast is hilarious options that a 7 year old could make. There are much better options in the area, closer to town, at this price point.
