Muito a melhorar.

As áreas comuns são legais, mas os quartos estão descuidados, paredes sujas, toalhas, lençóis e travesseiros velhos, não tem iluminação confortável nem como acender uma parte das luminárias, que só tem 1 interruptor perto da porta de saída. E o pior, fui perguntar se podia fazer late check out, me falaram que sim mas que teria que pagar R$ 45 a mais. Achei um absurdo. Pontos positivos: a localização, o chuveiro e ar condicionado funcionando.

Boa. A localização é impecável. Perto da praia, perto da feira de artesanato. Consegue fazer tudo a pé! Mas o hotel precisa de reformas! Paredes sujas, estufadas. Não vi mofo. O banheiro é bom! Café da manhã honesto.

Bom custo/benefício

Estive em janeiro, 4 noites. Otima localização. 2 quadras da praia. Proximo à varias feiras de artesanato e do letreiro João Pessoa. Piscina no topo do prédio, adoro. Quarto satisfatório e limpo. Café, poucas opções, mas atende o básico. Comprei com antecedência e encontrei boas tarifas de diarias. Recomendo.

Eu amei o hotel, ele é bem novo todas instalações bem conservadas achei lindo, porém no quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, algum produto ou condição do quarto que deixava com este cheiro estranho. Mas café da manhã muito bom e piscina.

O café da manhã era até às 10h. Porém chegamos às 09:20h e já haviam ítens faltosos sem reposição. Penso que se é ate às 10h, a qualidade, quantidade e variedade dos ítens devem ser o mesmo de quem chega às 07h.

Parece abandonado

Hotel parece estar abandonado. Chegamos e não tina toalhas no quarto , piso de banheiro e nem PAPEL HIGIÊNICO. As fronhas todas encardidas e manchadas. No quarto dos meus amigos não havia no banheiro secador e nem tomada !!! ao soiciar o piso de banheiro minha amiga foi informada que só no dia seguinte. Fomos a varias cidades e nos hospedamos em varios locais. Esse hotel foi o unico que nos decepcionou e muito. Café da manhã muito fraco em um abiente quente com ar condicionado insuficiente.

Pior Hotel que fiquei na vida!

O atendimento foi o pior em mais de 10 anos que trabalho viajando. O quarto era pessimo, lençóis finos e velhos, cama afundando, só tinha uma luz branca no teto, não tinha luz amarela no quarto pra leitura, a tv ficava sem sinal o tempo todo, a internet também não funcionava bem. No café da manhã com quase nada de opções, ainda tinha uma barata circulando no balcão das comidas, as funcionárias ficavam dentro da cozinha e não apareciam para oferecer omeletes, tapiocas, etc. me cobraram mais águas do que o que consumi, só trocaram o lixo do quarto e banheiro 3 dias após o início da estadia e porque eu solicitei na recepção e por mim, precisei deixar o cartão na tomada do quarto para manter o ar ligado, pois demorava muito para gelar, enquanto fui comprar meu jantar e quando solicitei na recepção outro cartão, fui mal tratado e o funcionário me deu um reserva e disse que eu teria que descer para devolver no mesmo instante. Absurdo! Pior hotel que fiquei na vida!!!

Estadia boa.

A estadia para apenas uma noite foi boa. Hotel bem localizado, com estacionamento, o pessoal do hotel muito cordiais, simpáticos e muito solicitos. No entanto, a limpeza não é um ponto forte do hotel. a porta do banheiro suja de pasta de dentes, a pia do banheiro com uma umas partes pretas no ralo da pia, um rolo de papel higiênico manchado de algo que parecia maquiagem, algumas manchas de infiltrações nas paredes e quando saíamos do quarto e retornávamos sentíamos um cheiro de cigarro. Aquelas limpezas que num primeiro olhar você acredita que está bem limpinho, mas, quando olha direito percebe que tá só bem maquiado. Pelo que pude perceber o próprio hotel dispõe de poucas camareiras pra muita demanda. Melhorando a limpeza a estadia teria sido incrível! Café da manhã daria pra melhorar também, mas, está dentro da média.
