Muito boa a hospedagem , quarto dentro do esperado , ducha boa , o Que deveria ser ressaltado sobre café da manhã , tudo muito saboroso , máquina de café expresso , porém falta muitos itens e demora a repor , tive que ressaltar a moça porém nada foi feito rapidamente! Depois quando esvaziou o salão que houve reposição. Tudo bem limpo (quarto, roupas de cama, toalhas e areas comuns). Equipe prestativa e organizada. Bosque e piscina são bem mantidos e são um diferencial. Quarto bom, limpeza boa, cama e chuveiro otimos. Cafe da manha é muito bom, mas recomendo o hotel tomar mais cuidado com as moscas, pois tinha moscas em cima do omelete e frutas. E teve somente no primeiro dia a opcao de pedir tapiocas, ovos mexidos e ovos fritos e demais dias a garçonete dizia que nao tinha mais. Ficamos 3 diarias, e comemos somente a tapioca e ovos no primeiro dia e depois nao mais. Se nao podem manter esta opcao durante todos os dias das hospedagens, recomendo nao oferecer esta opcao. O Hotel nao tem tratamento de esgoto e desemboca no rio que passa atras do hotel, e toda hora vinha o fedor de esgoto no quarto. Achei isso muito ruim para a Natureza. Monte Verde ja é pequena, e lamentável a atitude dos moradores e comercios em sujar o unico rio que passa na cidade. No check in ofereceram bombom de chocolate no quarto como Boas vindas e no check out sacolinha com agua e biscoito para levar na viagem, achei esse cuidado super diferenciado. Em resumo, hotel é bom mas o fedor de esgoto atrapalhou bastante.

A pousada tem umm bosque lindíssimo, estacionamento adequado, muito próxima ao centrinho e Av. Monte Verde, quarto limpo e confortável, mas não tem ventilador ou ar condicionado e por sorte fomos em um período de baixa temperatura, mas senti calor em uma das noites. Os funcionários são solícitos e educados. Infelizmente o café da manhã não é bom, embora tenha variedades, os pães, bolos e tortas não são frescos, todos muito ressecados e duros... O único fresco era o pão de queijo. Eles oferecem tapioca feita na hora e foi o que salvou.

Café da manhã mto bom, funcionários educados, localidade mto boa, 10 minutos andando até avenida principal. Ficamos hospedados no último andar, o quarto tem forro de madeira que durante a madrugada faz uns barulhos e quando chove o barulho muda como se fosse goteira, o chuveiro tem pouca pressão, mas tirando isso a estadia foi td bem, observações para melhoramentos e não críticas, espero voltar. .

O local se anuncia como pet friendly, mas claramente não está preparado para receber animais. Há reclamações constantes por comportamentos naturais dos pets, como latidos ou choros, tornando a estadia desgastante. Fica evidente que a aceitação de animais serve apenas para justificar a cobrança de taxa adicional, sem qualquer política real de acolhimento. Não há compreensão por parte da administração, mesmo sabendo que não é possível levar o pet a todos os passeios por questões de segurança. Animais, assim como crianças e bebês, fazem barulho — isso é previsível em um local que se diz pet friendly. Atendimento da recepcionista antipático e pouco profissional. Não recomendo para quem viaja com animais.
