The property has a good view of the beach and located in the ground floor which is very accessible and you could park in front if your early enough. The 1 bedroom and 1 bath is good. The full sized kitchen is great cuz it had all the kitchen gadgets needed to prepare food. It was a good condo for 3 people. Too bad it doesn't have another room. Thae lanai was nice to have breakfast a bit too tight with the size of the furniture but other than that it was a good place to stay waling distance to the beach and property came with beach chairs umbrella a cooler and now ring float device

Property is clean and located in an area right across from a popular surfing spot. The unit is well equipped with a full kitchen and accessories for cooking. It is a little small and best suited for a couple. A bit dark inside, but clean and access is easy. No trouble with parking. Walkable to local restaurants. AC units work well.
