The staff are very helpful and polite. I spoke with Kar who is fluent in English and they arranged everything for us in a timely manner. We hope to visit Ankara soon.

I couldn’t sleep good from the high temperature

The House keeper don’t do them job right, The thermostat of the rooms doesn't work , they have a problem with the temperature for all hotel.
