Check-in was amazing, staff upon check-in was accommodating and friendly. The hotel overall was clean and quiet. When booking the stay special accommodation was requested for housekeeping daily during our stay. We had been working all day in humid 102 degree weather and were excruciatingly tired after our first night expecting to come back to a cleaned room and the bed was not made nothing had been done. We did not complain as it was too late to do anything about something like that when its almost time for bed. It was truly disappointing. Breakfast was good. On our second night I stopped by the front desk and I asked about late check-out and a different staff member appeared annoyed and was snippy with reply. When you pay over $400 for 2 nights you expect better.

A decent hotel for a one night stay or long-term as many of the rooms are appointed with appliances and accessories to make it like a studio apartment. Only major complaint was that conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. Attention to overall detail and cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

We arrived at our hotel, not knowing if we were staying one day or 4. The Mariott was so accommodating and willing to work with us. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our favorite part was the gathering place in which we were able to watch the Big 12 tournament. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We would certainly stay here again!
