Kari was a combo front desk receptionist and concierge and ambassador of Marriott BonVoy. She was wonderful. Room was ideal for our stay. In my opinion, better than a typical hotel because of the kitchen accessibility. However, breakfast in morning prevented us from using😃. Think I just found my new choice when traveling.

Daytime front staff were good. Night time one’s not so much. Room was old but clean. Thin walls. I could hear others talking and TVs going. Breakfast was awful. Had to ask for sheets for couch pull out. They did bring them very quickly.

This property is outdated. Really old. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The lighting is very limited. Rooms and hallways are very dark. The sofa bed was broken. This hotel is overpriced. I paid $300 for such a poor facility.

No geral o hotel é bom, o atendimento é ótimo, tem cozinha completa com tudo que precisar para o preparo de refeições, o café da manhã é muito bom, o quarto é confortável, o chuveiro não tem muita pressão, podia ser melhor. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, as superficies mais altas, como a parte de cima da cabeceira da cama, em cima da geladeira e armários estavam muito empoeirados, tinha um tapete de poeira nessas superficies, solicitei que fosse limpo e fizeram na hora. O chão do quarto e sala é de carpete, quem tem rinite alérgica vai sofrer, pedi para passar o aspirador para ver se melhorava nossa crise de alergia mas não resolveu, para ser excelente seria bom trocaram os pisos para piso laminado ou piso frio, e melhorar na limpeza.

The space of the unit was nice! The breakfast also was very nice. I enjoyed the fresh oatmeal and many toppings, including the cinnamon. I would like it more if it didn’t have the popcorn ceiling. Some upgrades to the building to make it more modern would be nice for the price. Other than that, great stay!

Would’ve loved a better price due to hurricane evacuation. Would’ve liked an earlier check in due to hurricane evacuation. Would’ve loved a later check out due to airline rescheduling due to hurricane evacuations. Was there four days and nobody cleaned our room. Also their coffee is gross. Way too strong like mud! The best part was Carey the desk lady.

The front desk staff was very rude the whole time and wasn’t willing to help. Probably won’t go back to this property as on that same street have many hotels. When I stay in a hotel I really look for good customer service.
