The hotel was brilliant. Lovely decor, easy location to either walk or catch the bus into the centre. Our room was cleaned daily. The bar / lounge area was always busy with a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast did the job. Staff always happy and friendly. Would recommend 👌

Hotel was very clean, very good breakfast and very nice, friendly staff. The Number 45 bus is your best friend as the walk to the beach and Old Town is 30 minutes plus!

My sister and I had an incredible stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastián. The hotel is absolutely impeccable — spotless, elegant, and perfectly located. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially want to highlight the young woman at the front desk during the day — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Thank you, Leonardo Hotel team, for such a beautiful experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The pool and rooftop is an excellent differentiator. Young chap was friendly and helpful considering our poor Spanish. It would be more helpful if the hotel had easy access to guidance for travelling to central San Sebastián

Excellent visit!

We had an excellent time here and I was sorry we had such a short stay - the shower is the only thing that could be a little strange if you're not staying with someone who you're totally comfortable with, since it's in the middle of the room and the whole thing is transparent! However if you're open to that setup, we had absolutely no complaints.

We live in France this hotel is perfectly located when we are traveling to and fro Spain or Portugal. Very friendly, professional staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bar, restaurant and great parking. Good breakfasts.

Great stay

Great hotel, in a lovely place. Breakfast spot on. Rooms are nice but you should definitely upgrade to the larger size if you are staying beyond a couple of days.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation in San Sebastián. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and treated us very well. The room while a little small was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a very nice extra.

The whole staff is very friendly and professional. There is a bus to the city center every 15 minutes which is very handy. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the food in the hotel is very tasty and not expensive. We recommend this hotel for sure!

It is a good hotel with a perfect bus connection to the city (nr 19 and 45 bus). The nr 19 takes about 15 min and drives regularly. The 45 will take you to the busstation. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a small bar and a terrace outside.

Smoking area is outside hotel, but with the door constantly open the inside var was full of cigarette smoke. Decent breakfast, but no vegetables. Hotel is modern and look new. Great hotel room. Location in a quiet location. Bus facilities right outside the hotel.

Lonely hotel but not isolated.

The bus stop to the city was right outside the entrance of the hotel. Restaurant took 3 days to find the English version of the limited menu so I ate out a lot and since there was no fridge in the room it was not possible to bring food back to the room and store it. The bed was very lumpy but the room cleaned every day and it was done well.
