This is the second time we stayed at this resort, first time at the rental. Everything was great, no complaints at all!!

The reason I am giving an overall low star rating on this property is because we were not informed, at booking, pre-arrival or check-in, that guests have little control over the a/c thermostat. The unit is locked at a max low of 72 degrees and would randomly jump up to 85 degrees if left for more than a couple of hours (like while sleeping at night). And while 72 degrees sounds reasonable - and is in most properties - this unit cannot keep up with the space. There are also no fans (ceiling or otherwise) that could have helped knock down the temp. My family lives in FL and is used to the climate, but we also have a baby and would not have booked a property that runs hot and made us all frequently uncomfortable during our stay.
