Very nice home. It was a large townhouse for 3 individuals. So, we had plenty of room (and each of us had our own room, since there are 4 bedrooms).

Okay Stay

Communication was excellent, plenty of towels and hand towels and if you pay for the heated pool, the pool temp was excellent. There was small dish soap, toilet paper in each bathroom, one trash bag and one bag of dishwasher soap to start. There was no paper towel or laundry detergent. The knives are not sharp at all and actually quite dangerous to use as they were so dull. There were decent amount of pots and pans, plates, coffee cups, utensils but there is no bigger pots if you are planning to cook for a big family. The spatulas and tongs should be replaced. The house is decent but the furniture is not very comfortable as you can tell they are fairly new but not made with quality materials and the house could be cleaned more along the wall trims bc they were dusty but not grossly bad. Bathroom toilets were clean, showers were clean. Check in and out was easy, getting in and out of house was easy, trash was easy, but QR code does not work to let you into the gated community and a worker has to let you in. If the worker is not there, the gates wont lift. But worker is there for most of the time only had to wait a couple minutes one time.

Amazing place. Just as expected. Beautiful area. The only thing I didn't like was having to take care of garbage at checking out when we are paying so much in property fees and cleaning fees. Also having to take care of the bath tissues, paper towels was a little in inconvenient.

I would not recommend booking with this rental company. I can assure you that you will not receive your deposit back. The outdoor chair cushions were covered in mold. You can hear everything through the walls of your neighbor. The living room flooded when it rained which required us to air out the large rug. There were no pool towels provided at the house or water park. This was a disappointing stay.

Avoid this place.

The morning after we arrived, the utility company came and shut the electric and water off. Apparently the bill didn't get paid. After waiting hours for the company who manages the rental to return our calls, we were told we would have to pack up and move to another unit. Later we were told we would have to pack up yet another time because where we were moved to was already rented out later that week. So after having our first day ruined (and losing out on a day we had planned at one of the local amusement parks along with the money we paid) we had to move a second time and lose part of another day. All we got was the same replies of "we understand your frustration" and "we appreciate your cooperation." I should also note that the beds were uncomfortable, and the furniture was worn out. The dryer didn't get hot. The pool pump didn't work so everything (pool toys) ended up slimy. This was a horrible experience and I will be taking steps to do something about it.

Superbe séjour! La maison est très bien située, près de toutes les commodités et parcs d’attraction. Piscine privée géniale. Maison bien équipée. Instructions simples et réponses rapides du locateur. La propreté de notre lit était passable. Literie avec tâches multiples. Poussières sur tous les cadres et plaintes de sol. Rideaux sales. Verrerie toutes tachées. Devrait retirer les gobelets et pots à brosses à dents car n’ont jamais été nettoyé. La compagnie de nettoyage devrait utiliser du détergent vaisselle pour nettoyer 😊 Ça enlève toutes les taches et polis à peu près tout. Merci
