Great location. AC was very noisy, shower curtain rod was broken, smell of weed in elevator and on balcony was terrible. It looked like they are in the process of fixing the building up.

The room was well maintained and clean. The shower had nice hot water. The kitchen came stocked with basics. Location was right on the beach. There wasn’t a lot of parking space across the street but we managed to find a spot. Overall was good for the price

I was a little scared after reading reviews but am so glad I gave it a try! Our room was clean and definitely no issues with our ac as we actually had to turn it up because it was freezing. Our room also had a coffee pot and two chairs on the balcony so I think it just depends on which room you get. Everyone we met that either lived there or worked there were super friendly and even invited us to join a cookout they were having to celebrate a residents birthday. Can’t beat the price for the view, a balcony, oceanfront pool and closeness to the beach. We will definitely be going back now that I know it’s clean, affordable and safe!

They seem to be renovating some of the area. Didn't matter I was there for the beach with my dog and the scenery and location were AMAZING!

The location was perfect. Beautiful view from balcony to the beach. Easy check in as they send a code- free parking across the street is a plus. My main complaint is the room literally was sweating! By the next morning of my stay the floor was wet. By that evening I puddles were forming. I could not sleep there the last night before flight because condensation was dripping on my head from the ceiling. The couch had mildew spots on it from the 3 days. None of my clothes dried and all of my books wrinkled. The smell was not pleasant in hallways either.

Please don’t rely on the booking photos for this property as they are not an accurate representation of the property. I’ll try to keep this short. Arriving at this property will first notice that the whole exterior of the property is rundown and in need of upgrading once you’re inside, you’ll be greeted with the overwhelming smell of weed and must. Once you’re in your room, you will see that the photos you seen are nothing like the room you are actually getting. The beds shown in the photo are actually cheap metal bed frames which creek and make noises so loud and are so unstable that you’ll be scared to turn over in the bed out of fear that it’s gonna fall apart. That’s if you can get to sleep because the bed is positioned so that the air conditioner is blowing in your face the entire night. While I didn’t pay top tier price for this place it wasn’t the cheapest either, I was expecting a little bit more based upon the photos that I seen. This is another property where the owners put the least amount of money possible into the furnishings, and the upkeep of the property and their gifts are the ones that have to suffer with it.

This place is disgusting! There was a spot of poop beside the toilet, what appeared to be black mold along the floor boards, the slider on the balcony glass door was so old and rusted, I couldn’t even get the door open! Lastly, the shower stall has fiberglass finish on the floor (who would make a shower like that) and I slipped and almost cracked my head open!! When I complained to Management and asked for a portion of my money refunded, I was told “we’ll look into it”! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

Need a desk clerk incase people have questions or need anything and i also cleaned up our room by cleaning bathroom fan, air conditioning filter, base boards, furniture. Swept floors, mopped, had to go spend 5.00 for toliet paper, when we got to the room i was given the wrong door code to get into our room, the bath tub had to be cleaned aldo. And there was no desk clerk at all to answer questions or help u if needed.

2 closets with 3 hangers, no hairdryer, no iron, broken coffee maker with no coffee. You are supposed to wash your dishes when you leave, with what? One of the mattresses was 6 inches thicker than the other. I felt like I was sleeping in a toddler bed and the mattresses were beyond horrible. We could smell marijuana coming through the vents in the bathroom, not to mention the hallways. Used condoms on the sidewalk outside the hotel. Should I continue? Don’t stay there unless you are desperate!
You can take the shower handle with you.
The shower rod was not attached to anything.
