We arrived later than originally planned & was pleased for the eggs, butter, milk & jam as did not have time to get anything prior to arrival. Wasn't pleased with the amount of stairs, as was steps to bring up luggage even before we entered the apartment. Not great for a 71 yo with cartilege problem in knees. TV too high & hurt neck looking up at it. Also found lounge uncomfortable after spending so long on a plane, had sore backsides & needed something a little better. Unfortunately our son sick for 2 days while in London so spent most of it in apartment instead of out sight seeing so having uncomfortable lounge not good. Thankful for the washer & dryer but couldn't find any laundry liquid. Had to go & buy some. Also thankful I brought a few dishwasing tabs from Australia as couldn't find them either. For the price we paid I think these could have been included. Overall a little dissapointed. However, apartment was clean.
