The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. It offers good value for the price. Overall, it’s a decent hotel and a reliable choice for a comfortable stay.
Friendly staff on reception and a good location for walking to the main attractions of central UB. The room itself was modern with a very comfortable bed
Room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were limited but they were delivered to room which was convenient and nice. I walked everywhere because UB traffic sucks, took me about 20-30 minutes to the main square
The horel is in a good location but the overall amenities are basic. Breakfast was basic at best with little variety. But it was still comfortable to stay there.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise in the middle of Mongolia. Be prepared for a long ride from the airport to the centre of town 50 km took 3 1/2 hours because of the very very very bad traffic in UB. But the hotel is amazing. The staff were fairly friendly. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and sufficient, almost a five star hotel but at three star prices I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to UB

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Decent hotel with sub-par service
This hotel has potential, but the staff seem like they've never heard of hospitality before, let alone having even basic interest in doing the job. It's a least-possible-effort scenario: they spend about as much time as possible staring at their phones, and the results are what you'd expect. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be, and nothing easy or welcoming.
The rooms themselves are nice enough but very spartan; there are no hooks for coats, nowhere to sit other than a single desk chair, and no decoration of any kind.
The gym is shared with the public, which means that it's a packed bro-fest most days.
And the elevators--whoever created their elevator program did a bad job. They restrict access to the gym and restaurant level, so that you have to go to the ground floor and then walk back up or take the escalator. Why???
And labelling on elevator "for staff only" but then watching staff dominate the guest elevators while leaving that one empty is just icing on the cake. Who is in charge here??
Millennium Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced. Front desk staff speaks English. Our room was a large corner room with an amazing view of the city. We had a situation that needed resolved and the manager handled it perfectly and was extremely helpful and kind during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting UB.
For our first time in Mongolia, my best friend and I chose Millennium Plaza and it was the best choice. It is just down the road from an EMart where you can shop/eat food. It is 20 minutes by walk directly in one direction to the main city centre Sukhbaatar Square. The hotel staff are friendly and help in with any concerns! I hope to be coming back in the future!
Our room was pleasantly appointed, but it was unbearably hot and there was no way to control the heating apart from opening the window, which let in a lot of noise and smog and even with outside temperatures in the -20's was not enough to reduce the room temperature to a comfortable level.
The breakfast was OK but was not good value for the extra cost.
No hot water. They knew when I checked in and didn’t alert me. That would have given me enough time to figure out another hotel. By the time I was told that the entire hotel had no hot water, it was too late to find something new. I had a week of staying in gers, riding camels and horses and no shower and had booked this hotel specifically for comfort after a long adventurous week. I ended up with no hot water and a 6am flight so no way to change at that point. The restaurant also took forever and I needed to keep going up to the bar to get my tea and my food. Servers passed by my table without a look. Also wondered if the hotel was out of hot water, how was the restaurant open? I’d like a refund
Hotel it self is looking very new and fresh.
First surprise i received my room was under construction, no light all the lamps were dismantled, a leader stood middle in the room when i entered it. Funny thing it was at 6:30 in the morning as I arrived very early.
The next one there were no complimentary water in the room after finishing one in the room and all the Kiosk were sold out for simple drinking water.
To say all was good is a bit to much but let say it was a big OK.
