Such lovely staff. Real friendly. I had gotten there just after 11a as the winery I wanted to go to was closed and they had just finished my room and let me in. So I changed into my bikini and went for a scenic drive with 2 short hikes and swim. The place is well situated and the bed linen is super comfy. This was my favourite day on this trip so far. Gisborne has so much to offer.

The owners, Geraldine and Peter were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We checked in after hours and they were there to ensure we got into our room safely. Peter very kindly dropped us into town the following morning. The room was very clean with high quality sheets, towels and decor. The air conditioning was a welcome touch on what was a hot night. Nice and quiet. Thoroughly recommend BK’s Palm Court.
