La estadía fue buena, es un hotel bien mantenido y la gente es muy amable en la atención Siendo que es imposible salir a cenar por las restricciones del COVID, la carta no es muy amigable al igual que la carta de vinos.

Todo muy bien. Cumplió con mis expectativas. Para destacar la atención del personal y el completo desayuno. Para mejorar, el hecho de que este la cochera a la vuelta del hotel, deberían contar con personal que se encargue de lleve y traer el auto desde y hasta la puerta del hotel (si existe este servicio, a mi no me lo ofrecieron. Con gusto lo hubiese utilizado).

Péssimo Custo x Benefício

O Hotel Presidente não é uma boa escolha A nota 8.6 atribuida ao hote não condiz com a realidade. Quanto à limpeza do hotel, havia mofo no box do banheiro. O ar condicionado era ruidoso. O colchão era antigo, muito macio e com molas irregulares que machucavam o corpo ao deitar. A reserva só permitia pagamento direto ao hotel., então na hora do checkout, o valor que aparecia em Reais na reserva do Hoteis.com foi convertido em moeda local e o valor subiu R$ 10,00. Além disso queriam me cobrar embutido um imposto para cidadãos argentinos no valor de 26%. Só depois de reclamar que um outro funcionário da recepção tirou uma cópia do meu passaporte e cartão de credito e retirou a cobrança do imposto. Pra finalizar, minha esposa esqueceu o carregador de celular no quarto e quando voltamos, 4 horas depois para recuperá-lo, informaram que nada havia sido encontrado no quarto do hotel. Não recomendo esse hotel. Existem outros mais baratos e melhores localizados que o Presidente e principalmente com uma cama confortável para uma boa noite de sono.
