No parking and the room was not available when I arrive they want it for me to get it the next day it was paid in full I don’t get my money back this people are scamming other people they do not have the courtesy to let you know that they don’t have rooms.

I don't want to give this hotel a bad name, but it's something to consider. Having the parking lot five blocks away isn't a good idea, especially for older people. The hotel isn't very appealing... 🙁 That's why I gave it this rating.

El anuncio es engañoso, el "estacionamiento" que ofrecen no existe, es inadecuado no cabe un auto. El establecimiento tiene un restaurante en planta baja en el cual hacen eventos en la noche y hay mucho ruido no se puede descansar. NO hay agua caliente. El personal no resuelve los problemas sólo estan de adorno. TODO MAL.

El lugar queda cerca del centro pero no tiene parqueos, el parqueo quedaba como a 6 cuadras. Se debe llevar el dinero exacto ya que cuando te reciben, la joven no tiene cambio. No hay ayudas con las maletas. Nos tocó una habitación cómoda con su baño pero se oye mucho ruido de la calle.
