Nice property in nice condition and nice staff. It looks just like the photos. Bring ear plugs because it’s next to the freeway.The hotel area seems safe enough, but if you go 3 miles south, not so good. We’d probably stay here again.

The room smelled like dirty mop water and there was a dirty towel from the previous people still hanging in the bathroom. Did not offer housekeeping. THE TV DIDN'T WORK! and when we attempted to discuss this issue, we were given the run around answers, and it was never fixed during our stay.

Logan was very professional and polite he gave me information regarding what to do and restaurants close by. The general manager was very professional as well and greeted you with a smile. Working at a local hospital as a travel nurse, this place was perfect. Very close to the hospital, an easy drive, and the place was very clean, safe, and indeed like an apartment! Highly recommend!

One of my tvs didn’t work and staff was not able to help. Front desk hours said 7am - 5pm. The front desk area remained locked until around 10am. When housekeeping was told that no one was at the front desk, they said that that occurs every day. I loved the room, but customer service was not that great (except housekeeping). Housekeeping was excellent!

Best for long stays

Stay APT was a great hotel if you have a big family and stay for more than a week. No pool, no breakfast, but it had an awesome kitchen and super large bedroom. We enjoyed our stay.

I would love to give Excellent ratings, but the smell of smoke was so strong in the elevator and in my room that it irritated my eyes and throat. The room size was wonderful and having a full kitchen was a game changer. Great communication with staff and security was great as well.

Our room was very clean. There was an issue with the plumbing being repaired which rendered us without hot water for a bit but other than that it was a nice stay. The outside courtyard was great. Access to fresh coffee 24/7 was awesome too.

Weekend Stay

Our stay began with a friendly and attentive receptionist. She was helpful in sharing local insights. The room was spacious and very well taken care of. Could have been renovated or new construction recently, which was pleasing . Had all of tbe amenities needed for our stay. Quiet atmisphere. Close to shopping outlets. Will definitely stay again.
