A absolutely nothing was unique about this property as a matter of fact I did not even check in I didn't check in because they wanted a $50 deposit and would not take my girlfriend's credit card over the phone and we got charged for the stay anyway

It was worst than the pictures, very dirty… stains on the floor, pet hair behind the bathroom door, hair on the sheets… The front desk staff was kind enough to let us check in very early, appreciated it. I wouldn’t repeat though.

Hotels.com booked us a room that wasnt available and when we checked in, the onsite manager went out of his way trying to make it right. Very disappointed in the stress this caused on our little getaway.

We left a day early.

The door had a huge gap and always looked open. The boxspring was completely broken. The toilet paper was dirty. Aside from that, the front desk clerk was nice. The highway traffic made for pleasant brown noise.

I've stayed at a lot of motels this one was very dirty especially when they have on the website they renovated in 2020. There was no renovated room. The room was filthy, cloth chair at the table had material coming off, cloth chair was just filthy and bathtub had the paint peeling off.

$200 deposit required!

I made my reservation and paid in advance. When I got there, the lady at the desk told me that in addition to me paying for the night, they require a $200 deposit that will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days because of this, my husband and I had to find another hotel as like many others we don’t have an extra $200 to hold up for seven business days. Please be advised that this is standard practice at this hotel, and plan accordingly.

Security deposit

I was not happy to find out that I had to pay a $200 security deposit upon checking in. I booked a room online and it mentioned absolutely nothing about a deposit. Overall the room was clean but it didn’t look like it had been swept in a while.

I had my credit card information stolen by the clerk. It was the only place I used my card all weekend for deposit on my room. I didn't get my $100 back and had another $220 CHARGED ON MY CARD. I called Stay America and was told the Hotel would call me , never received a call. I have had no luck trying to Contact a real person at Hotel.com, it seems they have no phone # to talk to a real live person

After booking/paying for night before arrival. Arrive and I am told there is also a $200 deposit. Fridge handle broken and taped on. Shower curtain rod falling out of wall. Trash/cigarette butts everywhere throughout parking lot, grass, and just outside room door. Not well maintained at all. As I am getting ready for bed a police SUV drives through the whole property very slowly. Rough Place. Would not recommend.

Not good

Outer door to the room appearance was poor and a big indicator to how the inside was going to be as well. Cobwebs in corners, the room looked like it was never cleaned before. Dog hair on wood floor through the entire room and bedding. Mattresses were very lumpy and sunk in. Kitchen stove was very outdated that just looking by it you didn’t want to use bc you’d most likely start a fire. Breakfast bar was a poor attempt. And than at check in being caught off guard about a $200 deposit to our stay, someone should have communicated that to us prior to booking and/or coming to stay.

The property was not what I expected from the pictures. The outside was not very clean and it was obvious that people were living there and were outside smoking and hanging around the building. They had loose dogs and one even ran up to my two year old. We entered the room and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped after the last guest. I was surprised the bed sheets were cleaned. The door locks were not in very good shape but thankfully we made it work for two nights. There were stains on the walls and the bed was not in very good condition. Aside from that, it was just my two year old and I and you could hear people being loud through the thin walls and could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I didn’t feel very safe while walking outside due to the many people sitting around and standing outside everywhere. The toilet began having issues and it would not flush properly and it then overflowed and went on to the floor. The experience was not pleasant and the deposit was $200 so we were unable to be refunded or go elsewhere. Will not be going back.
