Bad service... the employees spend their time talking amongst themselves, ignoring the customers. I do not recommend that place because of the poor customer service they have. Mal servicio… se la pasan platicando los empleados entre ellos ignorando al cliente no recomiendo ese lugar por el mal servicio al cliente que tienen.

It was an ok hotel … the door would open without a key .. the toilet wouldn’t stop running .. ok for the price but a bit run down

One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is semi clean. Really dated. Service is almost none existent. Room service is horrible. Unfortunately there aren’t many choices in Lazaro Cardenas.

The room was really spatious and spotless clean, bed was comfortable. I liked the pool area and the breakfast buffett. HOWEVER, I requested late check out ( which was only 3 hours after normal check out time and for that they charged 1/2 the rate of one night) I decided to do so and let them know a day in advance before going to the beach in the morning. 30 min before check out security came to my room and I was instructed to call reception, which I did and I was told to please heas over to reception and pay the extra night. I reminded them that I had requested late check out and they said it was okay then. When i checked out they wanted to charge me half of a different rate than I had been told. I really had to fight it because it was almost double the initial amount, and I had asked for specific numbers. In the end I settled for a slightly higher number but but not what I had been told initially. I understand that mistakes happen but this was almost double the amount and staff were almost giving me no solution at first. Thank god they found a way to meet me halfway.

No me gustó: el hecho de no contar quien te reciba a la llegada y te ayude con las maletas. La rampa de acceso para discapacitados se encuentra obstruida con macetas. El servicio de restaurante le falta un poco más de atención y el servicio de orientación dentro del hotel no existe ...todo lo demás muy bien
