This was a really nice place, rooms were clean. It’s located on top of the mountain so it’s hard to get up there in a car and you could never walk it, but you should stay here at least once.

Very clean. The unit had everything we needed for ADA guests. It was comfortable. We had two units that were connected. The one with the king-size bed and balcony was perfect, but the one with the queen bed was very dark and felt more cramped. We enjoyed our stay but it was very busy especially around the oil and lobby.

Light fixtures misses on ceiling fan in living room, light over dinning table hanging so low it was hard to sit at the table without bumping your head, no broom to sweep floor, ac did not work well and was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The water area is not included in price and you have to buy tickets. Security was excellent as well as the check in process.

No free meals, everything is expensive and food isn’t even good. Stayed for 4 days, housekeeper didn’t come by ONCE. Even upon request after slipping down stairs and spraining my ankle security said they would put in a ticket for us. On the last day I couldn’t take it anymore I went and found garbage bags, a mop and broom because I had 2 kids with me and they get messy! So you’re welcome for doing your job. There was little to no ability to play outside since there were no sidewalks and no grassy areas either so we just hung out at the pool in order to have some nature time. Oddly enough, I’m glad to be back in Minnesota. That areas is too overpopulated and over polluted, too dry and not peaceful

We booked this stay specifically for the water park and proximity to the national park. We were happy with the proximity to the park and the room matched description. Unfortunately room smelled like marijuana through the stay. It is is not clearly stated but the waterpark is NOT included. It would have cost our family $130. It was a small waterpark and we chose not to spend this amount of money for what was offered. We did attempt to visit the outdoor pool which was nicely heated. The pool snack shack was not open despite being told it would be open during these hours. The pool area also heavily smelled of marijuana. We ordered pizza for in room delivery our first night. Had we known it would be 90 minutes for pizza to arrive would not have done this, the kids were already asleep when it arrived. The pizza was good though. Overall we would not stay again.
