The property was comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Street noise could be heard but worth it for staying on the Royal Mile. It is 4 flights up which will be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. View of the castle was worth it.

Amazing views from every window. Very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Only complaint was lighthouse stairs but that was clearly mentioned in description but i didn’t realize how many stairs there were.

Wonderful location but as it is a historical property there was no elevator, so the walk up 4 flights with luggage was a struggle! The view was worth it however!

The location of the apartment was excellent and we are fit enough to cope with the 5 flights of stairs but others may not be. We could watch the evening light display on the castle walls from the sitting room which was lovely.
