Awful customer service, misleading apartment description and long waits a response.
Be warned- not enough bedding or towels on arrival, pillows so flimsy and small, not great for neck support and you can NEVER speak to a manager or owner, instead every time you email there will be a different staff member who responds.
Also, the number does not put you through to someone you can speak to! It's daylight robbery, once you've paid for the apartment, they take no responsibility for mistakes.
The apartment is like a maze to find the actual apartment and there are difficult stairs to go up, be careful!
It looks great but unfortunately the basic bedding and towel was not in the room when we arrived and despite endless emails going back and forth every day of our stay, they failed to deliver what we actually needed.
We didn't sleep properly, and felt very cold!
I even translated duvet in polish but they still delivered sheets. I attached photos as well.
Customer service was appalling, mainly because they do not read emails properly and it appears as though they skim read everything and keep repeating the same things, which were 'be patient' and 'have you checked...'
Totally fed up of asking for compensation and they only offered 10 percent off our next stay which is not enough for ruining my mum's birthday trip, stress and lack of sleep or comfort.
I genuinely don't think they're interested in providing good customer service, or proving what they say in the apartment descript
