Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid for. By the way, there’re tiny ants everywhere if we dropped bread crumbs or not. A small lizard came to visit now and then. Key to the room had to be recoded everyday. Weird. Seemed like we were the only guests 2 out of 3 nights stay
