I really liked the neighborhood around the hotel. Quiet and not overly busy. Trams stop right next to the hotel, the national gallery is across the street and there is reasonably priced food nearby. Catch the tram and spend too much elsewhere and come back to a reasonably paced neighborhood. Hotel is modern and has games in the lobby.

We absolutely loved our stay at Giselle! It was very central with great transport links really close by. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to stay again

Great value and location

Clear instructions on how to check-in (we arrived late at night due to flight but this was ok). Basic room but good value for central location. Drainage in shower slow and low shower head height but plenty of hot water and heating was good.

Nice place if you want to be central and walking distance to the Danube and sites. Not good if you have a lot of luggage because of the stairs. It is located inside an apartment building and can be harder to find. Small but very efficiently designed. I would stay here again.

First impression, was bit disappointing as the way to reception and hallways were bit shabby and require some TLC- but boy, the rooms on the 4th floor, view from balcony and location were fantastic - it is in the same building as Lidle just in case- In summary this is a beautiful hotel that is in a great location for walking to restaurants and other attractions. Centrally located - easy walk to key tourist areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, would highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay!! The entrance looked a little sketchy when first walking in but when we got inside it was kinda cool. Our room was on the top floor corner w/the loft was AWESOME!! The staff was amazing with help on everything we wanted to do. Great location and close to everything. Would stay there again. Thank You!!

It was a little difficult to find the entrance the first time for check in, but once we found it, it was easy. The staff were very friendly and were on hand 24/7 to help with any issues. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we required. Would definitely stay here again.

The space is indeed very classy, with delightful views of the city below. Everything in the city center is within a few minutes' stroll, with easy access to public transportation, and the receptionists were super helpful. The cleaning was good also other facilities. The location was superb as eateries and supermarkets are just few secs away. had a great experience.

One of the nice places. Once you enter the historical building you may feel a bit of hesitation about the room. But once you will go to the room and see how it’s organized and well prepared, you will really love it. The staff are so nice.

The place could not be more central. Apartments shared with others and signage to the reception was not the best considering I arrived very late at night. Common areas shared with others need upgrading but my room was fine.

The once-grand lobby and Soviet-era elevator have seen better days, but once you are on the rooms floor it’s a great boutique hotel. Our room had a stunning view of historic buildings and the hills across the river. Comfy beds, thoughtful staff and amenities. Very grand building exterior. A wonderful experience.

The hotel is a bit hard to find at first since you have to access several doors to find the reception. The elevator is small. The rooms are simple and could use a bit of a deep cleaning. The view from the balcony is wonderful however. The staff was nice and friendly. Internet was so slow and at times not available at all due to poor connectivity. Bathrooms are very very small just be aware. If you are staying solo probably doable. The interior of the building is very beautiful however and really lovely. Loved the free coffee and tea.
