This is a great location and a traditional pub. The accommodation is “old school” devoid of any modern fixtures and fittings and complete with creaky floorboards and old simple furniture and I loved it! Especially the balcony. Showers were hot and powerful, I slept well. Staff were great, enjoyed the food. Just great!

Good food. Old daggy accommodation but that doesn't bother us. Fantastic location but being a pub very loud music (if you like to sleep early for bike riding) Very reasonably priced convenient to heart of city. Staff were awesome. Very convenient place to stay, staff were good although we interacted only at check in. We were aged 69 and 64 and were given 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed which was okay, but the single bed was no good, the springs were gone and you literally sink into the bed.
