We went to CdMX for the Taylor Swift concert and we have a wonderful experience in our stayed. The property is on one of the best neighborhoods of the city, a lot of good restaurants near by and great for walking. In our stayed we feel very secure as they have a security guard 24/7 inside the building who open the door only for residents or people who is staying there. Overall great experience, I definitively will come back for my next trip to CdMx.

La propiedad no quiso facturarme el monto total de lo que pagué pese a que el apartado de estadías de los términos de Expedia lo señala!! pues argumentaron que ellos no conocen ni se sujetan a los términos y condiciones de la plataforma de Expedia aunque estén registrados en la misma! Al solicitar la factura me compartieron un link particular de la propiedad y el link no funcionaba ! No hubo respuesta favorable a ninguna solicitud que se encontraba fundamentada como huésped. Fue una PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA pues que lamentable que desconozcan los términos y condiciones a los que se sujetan, adicional la propiedad se quedó sin agua!! y no hubo una respuesta pese a que solicitamos que se revisará. Pésima experiencia, su página de fb está llena de mala experiencias, lastima que las vi tarde, NO RECOMENDABLE, me atrevería a decir que es un FRAUDE pues hasta tienes que rogar por una factura cuando es una obligación fiscal !!

Todo estuvo súper bien! Excelente ubicación, atención y calidez, solo tuvimos inconvenientes con la secadora de cabello y lastimosamente no pudieron proveernos de toallas limpias durante la estancia y eso fue muy incómodo.

En general el departamento está bien y con muy buena ubicación. Los únicos inconvenientes son que el estacionamiento es mediante un elevador pequeño y no entran autos grandes (algo que no se especifica en el anuncio) y todas las puertas del baño son de cristal y sin ningún tipo de imagen o bisel, lo que lo hace muy riesgoso para las personas (sobretodo niños) ya que es fácil que se puedan estrellar.
