Zimmer zu Warm, Lüftung (Ventilator) im Bad defekt dadurch nach dem duschen sehr stickig und unerträglich warm, Duschtürenmechanik extrem alt sehr schwergängig dichtet nicht gut ab. Matratze zu weich, Kissen viel zu weich und zwei Kissen zusammen viel zu dick, Zimmer sauber, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit Kapseln - Maschine nicht sauber - Aufstehen ohne Kaffee geht garnicht

Schönes Hotel in Waldrandlage. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer über 2 Etagen. Leider ist die Treppe relativ eng und steil. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen da es überteuert war. In Heiligenhaus gibt es aber viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen See mit einem sehr guten schönen Café.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber, aufgeräumt und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos und gab immer einen freien Parkplatz. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die E-Ladesäule nicht funktionierte - aber zu vernachlässigen.

leider kann ich keine volle Bewertung abgeben,da unser Zimmer sehr alt ( Teppichboden), das Bad sehr unschön( Waschbecken überaltet, alte Kunstoffbecken,die Nespressomaschine nicht einwandfrei funtionierte,zu wenig Zucker,Süßstoff und Milchpuver nicht da gewesen ist. Der Fernseher war gut,das Bett sehr bequem und sauber. Das Zimmer war überhaupt sehr sauber. Leider fehlten im Bad normale Handtücher,es waren nur 2 große Duschtücher und Fußvorleger vorhanden. Der Fön funktionierte einwandfrei und das Frühstückstücksbüfett war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.Die Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte waren alle sehr nett. Leider war die Parkmöglichkeit abends katastrophal.

angenehm überrascht, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Zimmer gut, Lage zum Wald sehr nett. War allerdings bei Außentemperartur von 20 Grad dort, kann mir vosstellen, dass es im Sommer unterm Dach zu warm ist. keine Klimaanlage. Ingesamt gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Sauberes Hotel aber keine 4 Sterne wert

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ungenügend. Das "Comfort-Doppelzimmer" hatte ein sehr unbequemes Bett, alten Teppichboden, die Luft im Zimmer war auch nach mehrmaligem Lüften noch sehr stickig. Der Aufenthalt war ok aber nicht das, was man sich bei diesem Preis/Nacht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel vorstellt.

Hotel für sportliche Personen

Lage: Tennisplatz nebenan, Golfplatz in unmittelbare Umgebung. Ratingen mit Esprit Outlet auch nur ein Katzensprung. Zimmer war sauber und der Service super, super nett.

Zentral aber ruhig gelegen

Zimmer zur Südseite im obersten Geschoss und das bei Aussentemperaturen von 35 Grad. War Nachts kaum auszuhalten.Aber das ist keine Kritik, eher eine Anregung mal über eine Klimaanlage nachzudenken. Frühstück musste extra gebucht werden. 13,50 EURO p. Person on Top. Ich finde halt einen Gesamtpreis inkl. Frühstück besser. War mir auch bekannt, also auch kein nachtreten :-) Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schöne Lage und doch zentral

Ich habe ein Hotel in der Umgebung vom Düsseldorfer Flughafen gesucht. Normalerweise schlafe ich immer direkt am Flughafen, aber diesmal waren mir die Preise einfach zu teuer. Mit dem Waldhotel habe ich eine wunderbare alternative gefunden, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist. In einer halben Stunde ist man mit eigenem Pkw am Flughafen. (Ausreichend Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden). Ein Hotel, das ich wieder buchen werde!
