My experience was one of the best I've had in Brazil. The owners (Mica & Luciano) are amazing! They are so welcoming and if you happen to be lucky and Mica's dad is in town, don't miss out on Pizza Night! They're so accommodating, the rooms are incredible, the facilities are of excellent quality! Honestly, this hotel is a hidden gem in Maresias, you'll feel like a local and at home!

Estuvimos una semana en el hotel. Es ideal para parejas. La atención del personal es destacable. El desayuno siempre fresco, con opciones dulces y saladas. A estadia foi muito boa. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Resolveram nosso problema de uma tomada de 20A no estacionamento para carregamento do carro, coisa que não era função deles, mas resolveram e assim conseguimos carregar. Além disso, todos nos trataram muito bem, pelo nome. Café da manhã delicioso, piscina quentinha e limpa. Serviço de bar muito bom tb. Recomendo

A estadia em geral foi excelente! Os funcionários são muito educados. Porém, na nossa hospedagem infelizmente houve um problema com a água e ficamos mais de 16h sem água no hotel. Infelizmente não conseguimos nem tomar banho! A gerência não nos informou e também não teve uma retratação a respeito com pelo menos desculpas. Pela estrutura do hotel, não imaginávamos que isso seria possível. Pedimos um desconto ou uma bonificação em uma diária e a recepcionista não deu a mínima. Esse é o único ponto negativo. Não me arrependo de ter me hospedado com a minha esposa. Era nosso aniversário de casamento. Aguardo retorno.

Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados, gentis e cordiais, nunca fui tão bem atendido em um hotel como fui no Olisa. Eles conseguem criar uma experiência única e intimista. O café da manhã é de longe o melhor que já tomei em um hotel, a qualidade do que é servido, o sabor e a apresentação são o grande diferencial do hotel. A variedade é muito boa e atende a todos os gostos. A piscina aquecida é muito boa e conta com toalhas e serviço de bar, que é um show a parte, os petiscos, pizzas e, principalmente, os drinks preparados pelo Pablo são sensacionais. O atendimento da recepção também é sensacional, estão de parabéns.
