Idyllisk ophold

Vi boede 3 voksne i suiten #9 og havde en dejlig oplevelse. Værelset er utrolig særpræget med sin indretning, men er på INGEN måder for dårligt gående, idet det ligger på 4 sal uden elevator (det var dog ikke et problem for os). Morgenmaden er lækker og indbydende med en kok der laver omelet på bestilling og en tjener der laver cappuccino eller anden special kaffe på bestilling. Smuk udsigt over Elben i et meget roligt område og med imødekommende personale. Lidt dyrt i forhold til hvad du får, taget i betragtning af at du er 1 times kørsel fra Hamborg storby.

Vi fick olika uppgifter från personalen. Någon sa att restaurangen var öppen och köket stängde 21:00 vilket vi läst oss till på hemsidan. vi anlände 20:30 och då var köket stängt. Hotellet ligger i ett område utan restauranger så vi fick äta nötter i baren. Dåligt med information och dålig logistik

Mysigt hotell med bra service o utsikt över Elbe

Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden! Svitens utsikt över Elbe var magisk, och rummet var både fräscht, mysigt och mycket fint inrett. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt – en av de bästa jag ätit! De hade till och med en kock som lagade omeletter på beställning. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet. Det enda tråkiga var att vi bara var på genomresa och inte kunde stanna längre och njuta mer. Området runt hotellet är lugnt, med en känsla av villakvarter längs floden.
