Equipe muito atenciosa. O tamanho do quarto é a localização são excepcionais. Contido, o cheiro de mofo do carpete do hotel é muito forte. O cheiro entra no quarto. Os móveis do quarto estão descascando. O restaurante é muito velho, com móveis diferentes e mal conservados. Definitivamente não é um hotel Bourbon.

1. Apesar de constar no nome, o hotel não fica no miolo da Savassi, fica na Serra. 2. Entendo que a rede Bourbon é de alta qualidade, porém minha experiência foi bem mediana. Sem cordialidade e, por mais bobo que seja, sequer uma garrafinha de água de cortesia no momento do check-in. 3. Quarto bom e cama confortável. 4. Café da manhã bem simples, com pouca variedade. 5. Academia básica, sem ar condicionado.
