Good nights rest at Baymont Sumter

The desk clerk and housekeeping were both very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the toilet ran constantly and took forever to fill back up. However the stay was very good as was the complimentary breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They are all friendly and accomidating. The hotel has recenty been brought by a new owner. Because of the transfer there were a lack of services available such as phone, wifi, and cable! We stayed for 2 nights and on the first night we discovered there we a plumbing issue (no water). Fortunately that was taken care of by the next morning!

I was very pleased with the room selection. It was cleaned. My check in and check out experience was very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say it would be the occupants that looked as if they lived there that were lounging in front of the building. I was just not expecting that and it was a little uncomfortable.

If you're looking for just the basics this facility was okay. The AC, beds and shower were all fine. The TV in our room was above average in color and clarity. The staff at check-in was very friendly. Overall the facility has a slightly shabby appearance, not being maintained very well. The grounds are unappealing, especially on the rear side of the property. The rate was fairly cheap so one can't complain.

This property is nasty and we promptly left once we viewed the room. I would rather sleep in my car than stay in their establishment. The customer service is the best thing about this place.

Bathroom was dirty… old soap in it and out of toilet tissue. Multiple lamps did not work. The tv only had a few channels and could not stream… but the staff was sooo nice considerate and tried to help in anyway

Poor staff, take my family to checkin three hour, change three room was not in good condition, noisy the two nights my family stayed, unclean, uncomfortable, soda & water machine not working, overall your hotel was nasty, you all should give up a big discount 🙁🙁🙁
