Great experience

As a hospitality professional from London, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Ofc I've been many different hotels with crazy luxury standarts however you can not measure luxury without price. This place recently refurbished, everything is 5 star standards including staff. I don't believe price will stay that competitive for a long time with this standarts however if you decided to visit samos this is the place you need to stay.

Nice, clean and tastefully decorated room with everything we needed for a short stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is very convenient, at a short walking distance to the port, shopping and dining areas of the town. Breakfast was of great quality with a variety of choices for everyone in the family. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for a longer trip the next time.

Great location

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Hotel is busy with charter flight clients changing every week, so buffet is super busy. If you want a view and quieter hotel with a pool stay at Doryss Lithos, much quieter. Definitely don’t stay in room 217 it is advertised as a deluxe balcony, it has a shared courtyard with no privacy

Very flash and new. Nice and close to everything with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was full on food on the cool balcony. Was somewhat flummoxed by the electrics and having to dry down and dress in the rooms corridor as there is no room in the shower. Forget modesty. Overall a lovely hotel.

The staff were beyond helpful, kind and truly amazing. Always willing to go above and beyond. We were extremely satisfied. A big thank you to all but especially to Kleoniki at reception, Eleni at the breakfast and all the other wonderful staff that worked day and night. The rooms were immaculate. What exceptional service and beauty at this hotel. We were greeted with a drink at check in, and all of our needs were anticipated and exceeded.
