My granddaughters and I celebrate birthdays with an overnight stay at a Hampton. We look forward to the spa and swim. Unfortunately the spa, which is #1 on our list, was closed. I wish they would have emailed me so I could have rebooked at a different Hampton.

The young woman working the front desk at our check-in was very welcoming and helpful with informing us about the local neighborhood's offerings for restaurants and exploring. The morning front desk and breakfast staff were also very welcoming the night after our stay. I would also rate the breakfast offerings above average and the food area was very well organized and very clean. The only negative to our stay was that our morning showers were lukewarm at best. Not sure if it was a water heating issue or just our inability to figure out the shower faucets (they were a bit of a puzzle to manage). Overall a good stay for us and would definitely recommend the Williamsville NY Hampton.

We were greated by Donnie at the front desk when we got there. She made our whole stay amazing! She was so sweet and charismatic made sure to not exclude the kids. Our kids loved her. The pool area was super clean. Everything was clean and kept up on. Will definitely be staying here again.
