Great location, but way too expensive for what is given. Be prepared for no air conditioning, and if you open the windows for air flow expect to be eaten alive by bugs. The bathrooms are what you would expect in a hostel. It’s great if you are looking for a nice hostel experience, but the prices seem unreasonable. Staff was very nice though.
I had the best stay here on my solo trip to Nice! The kindest staff, the sweetest hostel mate Mary-Christine who helped me with navigating the coast, and I felt so safe the whole time. I will definitely be back to stay at this location, and next time I’m bringing all of my friends. Thank you to the staff who were so accommodating me and my 3 bags of luggage. I will miss you!

Nice and friendly stay in Nice
Hostel was ok, we slept well. We enjoyed breakfast and especially very friendly and caring service. People seem to really have a good time here.

Ok hostel. Friendly and serviceminded staff. But no AC and no curtains to beds for a little privacy is a big disadvantage!
The ladies and the late afternoon are amazing. There’s a very assertive and loud situation that goes on between 8am-12 with the breakfast lady. The front desk gents are great but they have an allegiance to the breakfast lady that will literally take croissants off a guest’s plate if they take one too many. Lock the juice up and when alerted that there were flies landing on the meat, responds that it’s ok. Love the location though!
I have absolutely no complaints about the property nor do I about the staff. However I would suggest making it really clear about the quiet hours inside the place. One of the woman staying at our room was loudly talking on the phone after 10 pm and during almost an hour... Since there's nothing clear about quiet hours she felt within her right to keep being rude towards the rest of us.
The location is great and the outdoor garden area is lovely. The breakfast is good and included in the price. I felt it needed the kitchen joined with the eating area outside as it felt very separate. Unnfortunately I did not sleep at all well here, the noise and smoke from outside can be heard from the room and the doors banged loudly in the morning. I ended up leaving early and booking elsewhere. The beds were also uncomfortable and the bathrooms were not very clean.
The Place was not clean at all, stains on the madresses, pillows and so on. There was also used patches and bandage on the floor

The hostel met my expectations for a hostel in France. However, I was concerned when a person from another room was able to access the room I was in with her electronic key card. Key cards should only open the room a person is assigned to for safety.
