The Condado Vanderbilt is a beautiful hotel in a great location. There were two excellent restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. It was easy to get from the airport and to the hotel, and from the hotel to Old San Juan (only about 2.5 miles away). The beach was accessible and there were chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very nice and attentive. Food and drink wait service by the pool Ended at 4pm…which seems too early. The pool chairs were nicely padded and comfy. Drinks were good. Had dinner at STK and 1919.…STK…I do not recommend. 1919... Food was pretty good if you like the Michelin star vibe….tiny portions/large price… but dress code and decorum for such a fine restaurant was not enforced which detracted from our good time. Allowing patrons to wear Tshirts/basketball shorts/baseball hats/crocs is disrespectful to the other guests imo.

The resort was beautiful, and even at full capacity, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the layout made it easy to enjoy the amenities without feeling rushed. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
