Loved the decor, the gym was equipped, the pool was great and always clean . Bug free hotel , ac worked and the bed was soft and comfortable. Will stay again The bunny rabbit that came to pool wasa nice touch to our first night.

This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a view of the lake. The staff is also very helpful and kind. It’s also easy to get around to the mall and other shopping areas.

Was planning on staying for only one night then woke up an hour before checkout and decided we wanted to stay again. All staff was extremely friendly and managed to get us a new room on the same floor in barely an hour! They accommodated us so well and it was very clean. The king suite was absolutely amazing and the normal king was great as well. Tons of fun stuff to do super close by and overall it was an amazing stay. Thank you Hilton!

This was an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and ensured we were happy with our stay. The location was great as well- close to amusement parks and entertainment, but tucked away in a quiet location. I was very pleased with the fees as well- you will pay a refundable $75 damage fee upon check in. Parking is $15 per day, non-refundable. We were both extremely happy with our stay and will be returning in the future!

Location was perfect 8 minutes drive to Island of the aventure and Universal Studios, Epic is 15 minute away, staff was very friendly, room was very nice and clean. Has a pool and self parking. 💯

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. Also, while our room was well maintained, the hallways and elevator areas didn’t feel as clean. We stayed for the entire weekend and didn’t notice those spaces being refreshed.
