Best budget motel deal going red bluff..room.has refrigerator and microwave is clean and i had no problems with anybofvthe neighbors. Room big enough for 1 or 2 people possibly more.

Good stay

The reception person was very good. Our experience was that this was a 'more- well-kept' vintage motel; clean and comfy, with air conditioning. We had a lovely breakfast at the "Sugar Shack Cafe." I would go here again. :)

This was one of the most filthiest motels we have ever stayed in!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The ONLY thing missing was bed bugs!

The cleaning crew has been up and down the stairs while being super loud; banging doors and not being concerned about the guests. I stopped here with my parents to rest during our drive and so far we haven’t been able to sleep at all!

We reserved a single king on line, the location seemed unable to find the reservation so we stayed in a double queen room. The fridge, microwave and TV all worked. The shower was like a dungeon. I had to cancel our second night and no refund was available.

Bug traps

Awful motel dark and dingy. Furniture is really old lights didn't work. Bug traps every where. I booked on line the picture on line is nothing like the place. I won't book on line again absolutely a nightmare.

Not worth the money they charge.

This place is horrible to begin their website is misleading its cleary states pet friendly but its not it has to be a service pet, second the shower and restroom were not working properly and lastly they only let us stay 4 hrs because we had a pet.

reserved a king and initially given a full then moved to a double queen. frindly enough in the beginning but later encounters like asking for toilet paper and reporting that the tv did not work were met with a rather negative attitude but did get the help I asked for. room was a bit shabby and after using the shower it continued to leak reported it at ck out as shower was at 9 pm. the front door to the office is kept locked and after ck in all conversation was at the window. very small parking lot and surrounding area looks somewhat blighted.

Toilet was not even flushed when I got there. So o vioisky they didn’t clean it. . Tried to see on app for refund and I was just going to drive o home and it said it was too late. I was going to be charged. I did not talk to office folks. Very noisey. Had ear plugs on nightstand they disappeared after the cleaning people cleaned the first day. Frig was frozen like 1/3 was a big chunk on ice and dirty. I have little bites on my neck from something. Very disappointed

Didn’t have reservation on file…their explanation was that they are under new management and didn’t have access to Hotels.com. Even though the hotel did provide us a room..we didn’t stay as the hotel room door barely shut. Very unsafe in my opinion.
