The hotel is beautiful but i was in the only room without air-conditioning. The bathroom smelled like feces the entire time. The staff is extremely kind and helpful tho. I would give the beds 2/10. Down side. The place definitely has a cockroach issue. But again ill say the staff is great. They get 10/10

This property is a 2 minute walk from El Tunco gate entrance! There is a lovely man that watches over the place and is there for whatever you need and he is so kind and wonderful! AC is awesome! Pools & lounging area are great! King size bed I picked was great and comfy! Sheets don’t fit perfectly but honestly it was fine to fix in the morning with no other issues! Great quiet area for the price! Would stay again

Visiting the homeland with my family we decided to stay at Santorini given the proximity to the popular local beaches and restaurants as well as short drive to La Libertad. Santorini has all the basic amenities and Alex the grounds keeper was a wealth of knowledge and hospitality making our 4 nights stay a delight. My only concern was the lack of flexibility offered by the kitchen staff who only served breakfast between 8-9am, no before or after, which cause me to go without breakfasts 1 of the days there since I was 10min late returning from my morning run. Still Alex was amazing and offered me a cup of coffee to help me out on the missed breakfast

The room we booked was awesome with ac and a clean bathroom in it with a shower, they have different options according to your likes. The staff is super nice, friendly & accommodating. The beach is just 10mins walking distance, this place is a hidden gem to relax in….100% recommend it.

We booked online ten minutes before we arrived. When we showed up the property was not what was advertised. We asked to cancel our stay and receive a refund. The staff were unable to offer a refund. Expedia customer service was unable to reach any sort of management from the resort to resolve the issue. We refused to stay there and they have yet to issue a refund. Do not book here.

I have traveled all over the world in hostels and hotels and this is the absolute worst stay experience I have ever had. Not only is it deceiving in it's advertising, upon arrival there was no help at registration, our reservation was lost, the hotel staff gave us zero information regarding BASIC amenities, and the employee lied about a cash transaction that was made regarding an extra night stay. There is no working shower. There is no breakfast included because there is no kitchen/restaurant or bar, there is nothing. Pool is dirty. Rooms are full of bugs. No one has an idea what is going on. Please do yourself a favor and avoid booking this stay. It is not as advertised. I've stayed in nicer campsites.

This place should not be in Expedia's list of properties. Place and pool dirty. When we arrived, there were no other guests in the property, very unsecure location. We decided not to stay, we rented an Airbn in El Tunco much much better thatn this one.
