Loved having a balcony room with the creek down below. It was right off the main strip but in walking distance to all the entertainment yet felt quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay again.

This property is always very clean with a very friendly staff. The property is renovating the front dear area and breakfast is not available but that will not be for long. I had a great stay as always.

It definitely looks nicer in the photos, bit most places do. Breakfast was great with lots of choices-waffles were amazing! The beds were pretty comfy. You can tell remodeling was done recently and things looked nice. The only real qualm would be the air conditioner noise. It was super loud! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a nice place to lay our head.

It’s no 5 star hotel but I give it 5 stars because for the price you pay, it’s really great. Staff helpful, clean room, great location, and a really beautiful creek going through it right outside the back porch. I’ll go back when I come to Gatlinburg.

Clean rooms. At first I was like I don’t know but the staff was amazing helped myself and a friend staying in a separate room get our luggage from the vehicle to the room . Very courteous and super clean would definitely stay again. Great people . Only thing I would say to upgrade would be breakfast honestly but for free go grab a waffle and a cup of coffee

Great location close to main St of town and GSMNP. Room was clean, adequate breakfast and all the staff were great. This was my second time staying here. The room is not fancy but comfortable and i do not spend a lot of time in the room so it fits my needs.
